hey guys, i was gone tweaking my new stuff protabolism.com and make-me-perfect.com

i decided to not blog daily because its more valuable to blog when real cool stuff is published, daily life is mundane.

so i hope you check out protabolism.com as it will be where i will be selling my weight loss system!!

more stuff soon to come. i just realized that more work does not equal more results, so i am cutting out wastleful activities, but will still blog once a week or so.
